
Today I cooked Kimchi like home made style food with my friends. At first, I had no idea how to cook kimchi at home because I never cooked before and I didn’t have kimchi recipe. Kimchi is one of our traditional food and fermented food. In addition, it is helful to prevent to get cancer. When I came in New York, I used to buy kimchi from Korean market. Anyway, my friends and I searched on internet how to cook it and then we did it. We spent time to cook kimchi almost 6 hours. Kimchi is very difficult because taste and how to make kimchi is different depends on the area. If someone ask me to make kimchi again, I’m sure I will never do it again!!!!
How did yours come out? Was it delicious? Do you have to actually prepare it actively for 6 hours, or do you just let it sit for a long time?
